TESCO STAGE 2 JUDGEMENT NOW AVAILABLE TO READ ONLINE

We have now received the Employment Tribunal’s full judgment following the Stage 2 hearing (for the initial judgment, see here; for an explanation of the Stage 2 hearing, please see here.

The judgment is good news for Claimants – another step down the road towards a final decision. The Tribunal had an unenviable task, with literally thousands of disputes to determine. The judgment runs to some 619 pages. We are pleased with the findings that the Tribunal has made in the Claimants’ favour.
